I LIFEGUARDED AT MOONLIGHT AND SUCH FOR THE STATE AND PICKED UP THE JEEP AT JEEP TRACKS AT PONTO EVERYDAY. ANYONE EVER SEE BOB NEAL MY OLD DIVE BUDDY. WE GOT SOME NICE FISH AND BUGS OFF THAT COAST. HOPE YOU GUYS ARE TAKING CARE OF IT. REAL NICE TOWN. NEVER HAD A BAD TIME THERE. HEARD ABOUT THE COPS GETTING SHOT. NOT GOOD. HOPE THEY GET THE BADD GUY SOON. THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES OVERALL.

hey if anyone wants to know the value of thier house call my old friend blane adessa in cardiff and hire him for a limited scope appraisal. no need for a big one like the do for banks. let him know what you need as to the product but don't expect a long fancy one. not needed if you don't plan to use it except for your own info. Court and such is a diff. matter and that will cost a lot more. also, the AMC's the govt have set up will take the appraisers fee as part one and then charge you on top of that. No real bang to the consumer. sad but true.
