Oh, and the published scope of the agenda was a bit different than what the Mayor decided it would be, 3 hours before the meeting, with consultation with at least one council person.
The published scope was to "discuss" and give "direction to fill vacant seat on City Council." Hum, what happened?
Mayor Bond is lacking in email etiquette, not only is he repeating himself but he is shouting. And, why is he dictating the outcome of the meeting by emailing all, isn't that a Brown Act violation? Why are we wasting time and money on something that should be so simple. Give the position to the runner up.
