I wonder how often those Target signs get shot. I bet it happens dozens of times a year around the country.
Yeah, I knew a guy who made blow up figures on billboards. Shamu was on one, and a cowboy was on another one in Arizona. He had to go to AZ twice to repair the cowboy and take the arrows out.
