14.40.015 Prohibited Purposes for Parking on Roadway. A. No person shall stand or park any commercial vehicle on any street for the purpose of loading or unloading any merchandise or goods except in authorized loading zones as provided in the traffic ordinances of the City.
Get used to it, with double tracking soon it will get worse. Hope you are ready.

And you should get $1000 fines for crossing the railroad tracks - THAT DOESNT MEAN YOU SHOULD.
