Christy Guerin for VP

Sarah Palin? pffft. Mr. McCain, you want a milfy small town city council person who shoots guns to be vice president of the USA? Then you should have chose former Encinitas sheriff and mayor Christy Guerin.

  1. That's really cruel! You are pairing a mindless, lying, republican robot having unbelievable personal ambition with a honest, respectable and god-fearing politician.

I'll leave it to the reader to decide which is which. Most Encinitan politicos already know.

  2. Both are not MILFs. That’s disgusting. One as least is a dumb ass for getting pregnant at 43 with 4 previous kids. Then abandoning them all to fill her ego by becoming as busy bureaucrat. Did I mention one is a 4 month old baby with Down syndrome. Jeeze what a selfish bitch. I feel sorry for her kids. Her motto “McCain first above my kids”. Its no wonder her kids have no moral compass and are getting knocked up as teens. I guess the whole republican abstinence speech just flew up the window. Man the GOP is messed up.

The only true GOP wasn’t even envied to speak at the convention, because he’d tell the truth about the county sinking in debt, a none winnable occupation, and failed foreign policy, and obese government overspending.

  3. Guerin was given the VP offer. She declined because so she could run Harriet Seldon's campaign for Encinitas city council.

  4. The world does not have enough closets for her to be VP.

  8. “Bond, a retired telephone executive, has also been appointed for many years to the San Dieguito Water District as the city’s representative. He currently oversees a $1.9 billion budget from his seat on the finance committee of the Metropolitan Water District, Southern California’s primary water supplier. “It took a long time to get here and there is a possibility that Encinitas wouldn’t have anyone on Met (Metropolitan Water District) for a long time if I were to walk away now,” Bond said.”

Ahhhh Haaaa Haaaa. Someone is full of themselves.

    Here are the facts.

    Jim Bond-

Phone Executive. Please. Try middle level manager paper pusher told to retire early from phone company or he would have been laid off.

Water board- Oversees a 1.9 billion dollar budget. PLease!!!!

Jim does nothing but rubberstamp the staff recommendations. He never knew water issues and knows a little now that he's been paid to try and not fall asleep through the meetings. Talk about visions of grandeur!

Hall property- Jim just does what his "friends" tell him to do. Jim thinks about wanting to help the community. He's just not sure which community he represents.

This is funny shit. Almost as good as a moose hunting mom that thinks she’s a pit bull with lipstick.

    Can America get any funnier?

  9. The interview in the Coast was classic, Bond said he should be re-elected because he has an "institutional memory." I'll say, his memory is going to land him in an instituion. There is a time to walk gracefully off the stage before being deservedly pushed, but Bond seems to have forgotten that.

  10. Say no to the incumbants. Say yes to progressive change.

A fiscal conservative I'm voting for Sheffo, Nanninga, and Aceti

  11. Brandenburg is the only real local who isn't trying to promote his own personal agenda. He is highly educated and established enough to not give in to NIMBY pressure, and he has a vested interest in the well being of the city and the citizens. He is a 50 year resident, he has children and grandchildren in the EUSD schools, and he has experience in both the business and educational systems.

  12. Has he ever spoke at an Encinitas City meeting? If so, what about? Never heard of him.
