What's the implication? Mother Nature taking care of things or somebody dumping construction dirt?
The sand migrates seasonally. We have a short period in winter when north swells push the sand south, then summer south swells arrive and push it all north again.
The sand also gets pushed off the beach during heavy surf, but the sand is pushed back when we have surf conditions like we've had recently.
Look at all that sand and all those tourists! Reminds me of the cliche, "what if they gave a war and nobody came?"
Thank you for posting on the Leucadia Blog. There is nothing more powerful on this Earth than an anonymous opinion on the Internet. Have at it!!!
