    Without Prop A, the city wouldn't have had to notify residents like this of the development plans.

      Sounds like 6:02 would like his choices made for him and hope for the best. Or perhaps Prop A gets between him and his shiny pot of guaranteed money.

      Perhaps a little history lesson is in order: Prop A restored our original right to vote that was undone in a City Hall back room. It is nothing new, it is our right that Council X decided behind closed doors to remove.
