Council voted unanimously to form a subcommittee to look into specific neighborhood concerns with mini dorms and make recommendations to council.
Subcommittees have proven successful in finding solutions, but Councilman Jerome Stocks requested the city take more immediate and aggressive action. “Forming a committee is nice, but we’re pushing the ball down the field,” Stocks said. “I prefer affirmative action. It’s a significant issue of property value and community value.”

I am in a quandary? Jerome sucks. Owned by unions and developers. Yet he appears to be the best until Teresa Barth came along. Jerome claims to be GOP, het Teresa who is confessed democrat is much more fiscally conservative that Jerome. Yes, she draws a pension, but hell she will talk about it and understands the whole system is broke.

Yes I get a state pension...Total monthly gross $1214.42. Actual payment $1116.56 after medical benefit deductions.
I am not in The $100,000 club even though I worked for the state for 25 years.
I consider Teresa the best council person by far.
