    1. Gaspars are blatant opportunists going for the pay-offs. Learned that from $tock$.

  3. I'm enclosing an analysis summarizing last week's campaign disclosure statements for the mayoral race in Encinitas, where Kristin Gaspar and her husband, Paul, are trying to install him in the office she is vacating in her run for County Supervisor. I think this analysis shows pretty clearly that they are trying to buy Paul's way into Encinitas government and politics. It certainly doesn't indicate much local support. Over 60% of his actual contributions are from outside Encinitas and he has contributed nearly as much to his own campaign as he has received from the public. Catherine, on the other hand, has gotten tremendous support locally.

So, who should be our next mayor?

    1. Gaspar is a joke. He's dreaming if he thinks he'll pull this one off.
