Keilani's Kaput! Now that there will be no more Free Hawaiian Food Wednesday's for the homeless; all the folks living out of their barely running cars will no longer have to cruise to D street every Hump Day. Luckily, the folks at City Hall were well-ahead of the curve on this one and flyers giving the homeless directions to Glen Park in Cardiff will be handed out so no one misses a meal.
While downtown tax paying residents will heave a sigh to actually get parking spaces back; the added bonus of bring your own fertilzer, BYOF, to Glen Park will keep Teresa Barth's Garden on this earth both fragrant and fecund. Bottom's up Lisa, Catherine and Kranz; who needs Star Trek lithium crystals when one can self-motivate by gobbling down ten pounds of figs each day?
