Nice. More promotion of don't work and let others work for you.
ReplyDeletePersonally, I give to god awful taxes. Getting higher each year.
If I wasn't taxed so heavy and had more disposable income I would gladly give to my church and other none profits.
America is has changed in drastic ways over the last 4 years.
Were does it stop. Communism I guess and then we will have another revolution.
So be it.
Canned food drives are only okay when a Republican is president.
ReplyDeleteI've participated in food drives for CRC and for the most part, donations are primarily processed starchy foods that fill people up with calories but do not offer much nutrition, like canned corn (the single most common donation I observed). I try to donate items I rarely see in the donation bins but are sorely needed by hungry people - complete protein. Given the practical non-perishable requirement, I choose canned and pouched salmon, tuna, sardines, chicken, etc. for my donations.
ReplyDeleteWhat is wrong with you? It's a group of kids trying to help other people in need by sponsoring a food drive. Get off your high-taxed horse and pitch in rather than coming up with pitiful excuses as to why you are a drain on society. That's right YOU, someone who would "gladly give" but chooses not to is a drain. Don't worry, Jesus still loves you and when you NEED something, I'm sure someone will be there for you.
