Like that renegade tree that sprouted up near the Post Office. It got the ax as soon as anyone admired it. I did see the mirrored one across from El Torrito. It was amazing. Moral of the story, don't try to make Leucadia sparkle.
To the artist who offered the stars to the community. It seems the city removed them. The public works dept has them and wants to make sure that the artist can get them back. Just call public works.
