Strawberries, Bizness, Home Expo and Art

Here is a press release for you to read,

Farmers Market News:

Strawberry season is here and they are at the Farmers Market...and they are gorgeous. So get them while they last.

Business Fair: The last Sunday of every month will be a business fair at the Farmers Market where local businesses will be offered a booth to promote their businesses. Normally, besides produce and flowers, only artists, crafters, health and beauty products, and specialty foods have booths. The first one will be this month, March 25th.

Spring Home Improvement and Design Expo, April 1st...no kidding! If your business pertains to the home, this is a great way to promote your business in the community. Attached is the application. If interested in either or both of the above events, please contact market manager Ron LaChance at 858-272-7054 or email ronlachance@gsws.com.

Remember, a percentage of the proceeds from the market go to Paul Ecke Central School PTA and also to help support Leucadia 101 Main Street operations.

  5. Our local Farmers Market is a community asset that creates a pleasant shopping experience with playgroundsand fields for kids to play, tables to relax and enjoy the food, music, art, crafts, flowers, specialty foods, plants, crafts and more. 30% of the proceeds go directly to the Paul Ecke Central PTA to help fund programs that are not funded by other sources. The balance goes to operations and Leucadia 101 Mainstreet Association's efforts to make Leucadia better, but keep 'the flavor' we enjoy.
Our market is unique in not only providing a worthwhile service and
community meeting place in a park-like setting, but also helping to fund scool and community enhancements programs.

Please support our local farmers market.
    Spread the word.

    Location: Paul Ecke Central School
When: Every Sunday 10 to 2

J.P. Thank you for your community service.
