Either that or take a few Olivenhain houses on multiple acres and build there. The Supreme Court said in Kelo vs. New London that cities can take people's homes to give to developers as long as it increases the tax base.
I don't know what it is about this building but it is a revolving door with any business that leases it. Nothing seems to stick around. I don't know if facials and botox injections will help them make it there but good luck to them.
