  3. Bella Bling - what do they sell? Given the overhead costs of operating a business and current consumer reluctance for extraneous, unnecessary purchases, I'd have to agree with 10:57 AM - this place probably won't last long. Bella Ka-Blooie!

  7. Well when you have a f'd up street where people don't feel comfortable walking or being around, you get no viable businesses.

Remember. Our freinds and children die on that street as Gary Murphy reminded us about the other night. He was spot on.

Hence the turn over. Once the road changes, the businesses will be more successful.

Put in some stop signs until you can build roundabouts.

    Gary Murphy is right Again!

    Its that simple.

  8. Yea, it is not pedestrian friendly. Maybe Dan
Dalager will volunteer as a speed bump?

  9. Open a pot dispensary - that'd be a success! Pot R' Us, Too Stoned to Care, Yea-Now I get it, I'll be a tree along 101, etc.

  11. I like Gary's passion, but his I.Q. is lower than Dalagers.

  12. Ouch, it's comments like that that make me want to delete this blog from my bookmarks!!

Show a little compassion and positive energy.

Or just move over to the CL Forums.

  13. The blog has seemed to change since the election bullshit began to draw a new group or individual who seems to be trying to poison the well. I have no doubt that the troll Andreen is or is in this group.
We have a community that is due for improvement. These improvements are in process thanks to caring residents and businesses. There is a lot to like in our area. Nationally acknowledged award winning restaurants, unique little shops and businesses, our surf industry, L101, farmers market, LeucadiART, art offerings, beaches and good people.
I wish to offer my best wishes to existing and new businesses that we have and encourage all to support
    them and hope they thrive.
Let us allow good will to accompany us in 2011 and make the coming new year a good one and don't let the negativity of a few influence our positive spirits.

  14. I agree with the above blog - make it positive or if you have something negative to say, post your name or at the very least provide facts, not baseless opinions.

This blog is getting too negative for me to handle any longer. Let's clean it - PLEASE!
