The raggedy center median in front of Caldwell Antiques, Bamboo 4 U and Apple Hair Salon got some TLC today from the slap on wrist community service crowd. I wonder if it's because the developer next door is spending a lot of money on his new building and complained? Or, has the city finally decided to stop harshing on poor Fred Caldwell?
Harshing?? What the hell does harshing mean?? I can't find any reference to this word.
