You cannot reason with a closed mind. Some "educated folks" have degrees that don't stop them from being apathetic or ignorant of the facts.
Calling someone uneducated sounds kind of arrogant. Who are you talking about? I would call some of our staff and Council uninformed, and short sighted, sometimes purposefully ignorant, but not "uneducated."
One can be "educated," and still deceive others, and fool himself, in the process.
Some brilliant minds have been self-taught. And don't forget your heart, RSPB. I guess we all need to educate our hearts, too. Compassion can be a lesson a long time coming.
