Read the monster house was in foreclosure. Someone said it will affect the property values of the larger homes in Olivenhain. Is there an appraiser out there that can verify this?
The monster home reduced the desirability of the adjoining homes and reduced their market value. When it was first going in houses fell out of escrow because of that monster.

Haaa Haa haaa - sounds like something a Realtor would say. We all know how well they can predict the future.
I think I heard this about two years ago. "Now is the best time to buy" and they are still saying it.
Its like they're parrots or something. I bet prices in Encinitas will drop to 2002 prices. That’s when I will start to consider buying up more property, plus what the inventory…. When that starts to shrink quickly for 6 sold months, it will be time for me to pick up 3 more rentals.

Sure, and some hot 20 year old chick will swoon at the sight of your bald fat longboarding ass as you walk up the bluff at Beacons...keep dreaming douchenozzle.
Good. Maybe some people will leave this overcrowded area of North County
ReplyDeleteI have an idea. Lets approve more density bonus subdivisions and issue more water meters.
ReplyDeletethat should help with the over supply of homes and drought water conditions.
Remember when Jerome's friends kept saying that the high price of housing was due to permit fees?
ReplyDeleteWhy not raise fees and pump the prices of housing back up?
Whadya say Jerome?

ReplyDeleteI cannot take pleasure in any one of my neighbor's loss. We are all here together and need to support each other through these times.

ReplyDeleteWe are not in this together. I am not a a communist, my govenment is.
If I was a communist, I would go out and overspend, quite my job and expect you to pay for all my choices.
I hope some people leave.

ReplyDeleteYou leave. Bye.

ReplyDeleteI didn't overspend and get into debt. In fact, I saved.
I can afford to be here as long as I choose.
Its all about choice. The way it should be.
I might even buy your home or your neighbors after it drops another 20%.
see you soon neighbor!
this is great. I have been saving for 10 years.
ReplyDeleteI can finally get a sweet pad in Encinitas.
I think I'll waite another 2 years, so I can let it drop another 20 or 30%.
My mortgage will be like 30% of what I make. Now, I can that affordable housing.

To 10:21 and 5:21, don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. We can all do without your negative energy bringing us all down.

Sorry Raoul-
ReplyDeleteI am here to stay and I have the savings to do it.
Hopefully, America will wake up and stop with these senseless and harmful bailouts.
Why sellout our own kids and grandkids future for our selfish glutenous wants.
By the way, I check for social security numbers for my credit check and before rent to folks.
Hope you were good at saving and didn't run a big debt like a ton of those other losers out there.
I like your name.
Peace Out Raoul,
Low Debt
