The buyers all spent more than $2 million on their Nantucket dreams. Not good for comps if they have to refinance. Meanwhile Barrett and B of A continue to fight over who gets what. The city should have stopped the development when it was sued over Barrett's hauling all that dirt to give the houses an "ocean view."

I was going 30 mph but thanks for the concern. Did you notice that the two cars in front of me nearly sideswiped when changing lanes to avoid the big puddle?
